MIZUNO Joined Lamborghini To Launch "Wave Tenjin" Joint Running Shoes.

The Japanese sports brand MIZUNO (Mizuno) and Italy automobile company Lamborghini (Lamborghini), the two enterprises that have been separated by a great distance from industry and region, have suddenly crossed.

A few days ago, at the Geneva motor show in 2015, the two sides announced the establishment of a cooperative relationship and demonstrated a new joint running shoe "Wave Tenjin".

This pair of running shoes is mainly black. Besides the MIZUNO logo, the Lamborghini logo is also worn before and after the shoe.

This is not the first case, though.

Cross border cooperation with auto companies: the new running shoes S4 launched by Porsche last year was made by Adidas, and Renault car had joined hands with Norway sports brand Helly Hansen to create a special model called Renault Captur Helly Hansen version.

But generally speaking, most cross-border cooperation is a marketing gimmick which usually stays in one or two projects or product designs.

What is more surprising is that the partnership between MIZUNO and Lamborghini will last for 5 years.

MIZUNO head Takeshi Shichijo believes that this is a very good opportunity to introduce MIZUNO brand to Lamborghini enthusiasts.

And Lamborghini President Stephan Winkelmann said their fans would be very happy.

The exact price of running shoes has not yet been announced.

It is reported that since the autumn of 2015, the shoes and sportswear will be sold by MIZUNO brand retailers and designated Lamborghini dealers worldwide.
